Clergy

St. Alban's Episcopal Church enjoys the dedicated services of clergy, staff members and volunteers who help fulfill our mission. They include:

The Rev. Dr. Lin S. Lilley

CD LilleySt. Alban’s Rector Elect

The Rev. Dr. Lin S. Lilley was ordained in the Diocese of the Rio Grande in 2011, and then completed additional certification in transitional (interim) ministry. She completed a fifteen-month curacy at St. Francis Rio Rancho before serving for two and half years as interim Priest-in-Charge and Campus Ministry Chaplain of St. Thomas of Canterbury Episcopal Church in Albuquerque. After Canterbury, Lin was called to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Durango, Colorado where she served as interim Rector for a year. In addition to her work in the parish, Lin has served in the Diocese of the Rio Grande in various positions including three years as chair of the Commission on Ministry of the Baptized.

Prior to ordination, Lin had a 35-year career as a trial consultant. Her PhD is in communication, and for several years Lin taught university speech classes and trained secondary speech teachers. She is single but proud of three step-children and 10 grandchildren who all live in Iowa.

The Rev. William Martin, OGS, Assisting Priest

Assisting Priest at St. Alban’s  is the Rev. William Martin. "Father Bill," as he is affectionately called, was born in Sonora, Texas, and came to the Episcopal Church via the Methodist tradition. He recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood, having been ordained at Holy Faith Episcopal Church in Santa Fe in 1965. Father Bill is a graduate of General Theological Seminary and has served most of his 50 years as a priest in this diocese, except for post-graduate work and three years in São Paulo, serving as a priest in the Anglican Church in Brazil. In addition to his ministry as rector, vicar, or priest associate in churches throughout the diocese, Father Bill was active in the Cursillo movement for many years. He and his wife, Joan, have been married for 69 years.
